No. At the moment, Gift Cards can only be redeemed by new Mylo users.
No. New Mylo users can only redeem one Gift Card. Luckily, our Gift Cards are available in 3 different amounts so you can give someone up to $100 this holiday season!
Don’t worry. It’s the thought that counts. If your intended Gift Card recipient is already a Mylo user, we’ll happily issue you a full refund on the purchase amount. Simply let us know that this is the case via the in-app chat or by sending an email to support@mylo.ai.
No. Recipients can redeem their Gift Card whenever they want, but we recommend doing it as soon as possible to benefit from the powerful combination of automated savings, time and compound interest. The sooner you invest the money, the sooner it can begin working for you!
That would be pretty cool, but for now, Gift Cards operate outside our referral program, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer referral credits for Gift Card purchases. Good news! Gift cards are for sale at a $10 discount, so you’re already saving with every Gift Card you buy.
We’ll refund a Gift Card purchase if the recipient is already an existing Mylo user, or if we are unable to verify them for a Mylo account. If either situation applies to you, please reach out to the Customer Success team via the in-app chat or by sending an email to support@mylo.ai.
